Weekend Workshops
I love creating opportunities for people to connect, move, and recharge outside of regular classes, which is why I host a variety of weekend workshops. These include my much-loved Pilates Supper Clubs, nurturing sessions designed especially for prenatal and postnatal mamas, empowering hypopressives breathing courses, and relaxing Wellness Crafternoons that combine mindful pilates with creative craft projects. Each workshop offers a unique way to explore movement, community, and wellbeing in a welcoming environment. Corporate Classes & Wellbeing days
Bring pilates and mindful movement to the workplace. I can run weekly sessions or one-off events online, or at your office. I will tailor the sessions to your specific needs and can teach any combination of pilates, meditation, mindfulness and myofascial release techniques. I have worked with large organisations such as Birkbeck University, University of London and Crossrail, Skin+Me as well as local schools and other small businesses to teach corporate wellbeing workshops and events.
