Being an outdoors-loving, Canadian at heart, I’m beyond excited about this incredible retreat opportunity. The Retreatment Cornwall will be 13-16 Jun 2024 at the stunning Cabilla, located in the wild beauty of the Cornish Moors, near Bodmin. Join me here at Cabilla, for a retreat that beautifully intersects nature with comfort, and nourish your body, mind and soul with both movement and rest.

There will be ample choice of both dynamic and restorative pilates sessions throughout the retreat, as well as daily meditation practises, the chance to take a dip in the forest bathing pools, enjoy the woodland sauna, go on guided nature walks and we can gather round the fire pit and sip hot chocolate in the evenings. We have exclusive access to the 300 acre site for the duration of the retreat and you can also book treatments at the spa on site if you wish.

Sleep under the stars (almost) and connect with nature in the tranquil luxury of your own cabin called a ‘Koyt’. Each koyt sleeps one or two people, with a choice of either a king size bed or a pair of twin beds, these wooden structures are furnished with stunning hand-made furniture, fresh linen, skylights, their own log-burners and feature large triangle windows that bring nature inside. Bathroom facilities are located in the modern and warm main barns and they are fitted with modern monsoon showers, underfloor heating, hairdryers & Bramley products.

Meals will be prepared on site, by our fabulous, local chef and will be wholesome, nourishing and delicious. Featuring seasonal and locally sourced produce and fish, with delicious plant based options as well.

• Transport to and from Cabilla (direct trains from London to Bodmin Parkway Station are 3hrs 45min and it’s only a short taxi ride from there)

Prices are £775pp for a shared king or twin occupancy koyt or £1000pp for a single occupancy koyt.

Spend a magical long weekend in the peaceful Cornish countryside with other likeminded folks, who value movement, nature and connection.
