The Retreatment returns to Spain! I am delighted to be returning to the luxurious Finca Avedin in beautiful Andalusia for yet another magical retreat. The Retreatment Spain runs from 11-15 October 2024 (5 days/4 nights). Finca Avedin is a secluded and peaceful sanctuary that provides the ideal space to relax, unwind and recharge. This retreat is the ultimate balance between energising movement and luxurious rest and will allow you to enjoy the last of the summer sunshine and warmth.
There will be ample choice of both dynamic and restorative pilates sessions throughout the retreat, daily meditation practises, a reformer class in the pilates reformer studio and of course plenty of time to max, relax and chill out. Swimming in the stunning infinity pool, walking in the beautiful countryside, exploring the quaint town of Gaucin, enjoying a relaxing massage, or taking in the sensational views towards the Mediterranean Sea are just a few of the options on hand. Pure bliss.
The villa is quite simply stunning. With a lovely al fresco dining terrace, gorgeous lounge areas, multiple terraces and outdoor seating areas for sipping cocktails or sneaking off to read a book. There is a huge infinity pool with incredible views all the way to the sea, a poolside pilates and reformer space with gym equipment and a tranquil rooftop for mediations. All the rooms are beautifully decorated and have luxurious linens, their own private/ensuite bathrooms and are well stocked with La Eva beauty products.
