I trained with the prestigious Body Control Pilates in London and am fully certified to teach mat as well as all equipment (including Reformer, Chair, Cadillac and Ladder Barrel) and have extensive experience in pre and postnatal pilates. I teach weekly classes in Herne Hill, Brixton & Dulwich. I am also available for private and semi-private sessions - an excellent way to deepen your understanding of pilates, help achieve fitness goals or assist in rehabilitation. Best of all, I can come to you!

Pilates For Living

Pilates is for everyone, regardless of fitness level, body type, age or ability. The Reframe Pilates Method encourages you to move mindfully, focuses on connecting the mind and the body through movement and helps you explore and find your flow. Balancing strength and flexibility to achieve the ultimate in physical and mental harmony.


The reframe Mindset

The term 'flow' is used to describe the state of consciousness a person achieves when they are completely absorbed in an activity. The simple act of performing this activity brings a feeling of energised focus and pure enjoyment. The ReFrame Pilates Method encourages you to practise mindfully and find your 'flow'. Exploring the connection between the mind and the body and the deep focus and relaxation that moving mindfully can bring.   

The reframe body

Pilates is a body-conditioning method that targets the deep postural muscles; it works by building strength from the inside out, rebalancing the body and bringing it into correct alignment. It complements sports training, promotes recovery from injury and develops functional fitness for your daily life. Its proven success rate is why it is so often recommended by physiotherapists, osteopaths and chiropractors.

The reframe Practise

The Reframe Pilates Method is a practise, but it can work for everyone, regardless of fitness level, age, body type or ability. Whether it's attending group mat classes, training on the equipment, or focusing on your body's specific needs in tailored private sessions, ReFrame Pilates is accessible to all!  If you are new to Pilates, or are unsure which type of Pilates is best for you, send me an email and I'm happy to help.


The reframe pregnancy

Pilates is a wonderful way to keep fit and healthy both during pregnancy and after you give birth. During this time of shifts, changes, ebbs and flows, reconnect with your mind, body and baby. Emphasis is on safely strengthening the body from the inside out, with particular focus on pelvic floor, back and core strength. I am available for privates sessions at home and also run regular pre and postnatal mat classes.

I live in South London, in the lovely neighbourhood of Herne Hill and I teach several classes within the local Brixton/Herne Hill/Dulwich area.
